Even at 57 years old, Jim Harbaugh remains one of the most fiery coaches in all of college football.
On Friday afternoon, Harbaugh was seen pushing a weight sled 10 yards down the field during Michigan’s practice session. A video of this moment is already going viral on social media.
Harbaugh isn’t required to participate in any physical activities on the practice field, but this is a great way for him to motivate his players.
Additionally, it doesn’t hurt for Harbaugh to get a brief workout in before the weekend.

This latest stunt from Jim Harbaugh won’t necessarily translate to on-field success this fall, but Michigan fans are quite optimistic heading into the 2021 season.
“I want this rebuild to work so bad,” a Michigan fan commented underneath the video. “Harbaugh is a national treasure.”
“That’s my coach,” another fan replied. “I don’t care what anyone says.”
Last season, the Wolverines managed to win just two games. It was an extremely disappointing year for Harbaugh and the rest of the staff.
At this point, Harbaugh is running out of time to turn things around in Ann Arbor. He’s been with the program for six years and has just one bowl win on his résumé.
Michigan’s season opener for this fall is on Sept. 4 against Western Michigan.
