The national title game between the North Carolina Tar Heels and Kansas Jayhawks has been one for the record books.
Early in the first half, the Jayhawks stormed out to a commanding lead. However, at one point in the first half, the Tar Heels went on a 14-0 run and took a 40-25 into the break.
While a 15-point lead looked sufficient at the time, Kansas eliminated that lead in just eight minutes of second-half action. The players from both sides are giving their all and that was evident during one point of the second half.
North Carolina guard Puff Johnson slumped to the floor and halted play. It took a few moments to find out exactly what was going on, but Johnson was clearly feeling ill.
According to multiple reports, he was vomiting on the sideline. Video showed he wasn’t feeling well before he left the court, either.

Johnson averages just 10 minutes per game during the regular season. However, he’s play a major role in tonight’s action.
Hopefully he feels better and can play the rest of the game.
