There’s been increased chatter about the possibility of Travon Walker being picked No. 1 overall by the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Walker is one of the best edge rushers in this year’s class and Jacksonville badly needs a difference-maker at that position. He recently had an interview with NFL Network’s Good Morning Football and one of the questions he was asked was which quarterback would be a dream to sack.
He didn’t hesitate in his answer.
“It almost definitely would have to be Tom Brady,” Walker said. “He’s the GOAT (greatest of all time), he’s somebody I’ve watched since I grew up, so it’d be a very special moment just to get that sack on Tom Brady.”

Walker had a great 2021 season with the Georgia Bulldogs as they won the National Championship. He finished the year with 37 total tackles (19 solo), six sacks, one fumble recovery, and two passes defended.
Even if Walker isn’t picked by the Jaguars, he still could have a shot at sacking Brady if he’s picked by a team that plays the Buccaneers in 2022.
We’ll have to wait and see who he gets picked by on Thursday.
