It’s beyond words how impressive Tiger Woods’ comeback has been. From near-death experience to Augusta National in the span of 14 months.
After making the cut, things went a bit off the rails for Tiger on Saturday. And it seemed obvious to viewers that his leg was giving him some trouble as the tournament wore on.
When asked what he’s showing America after Saturday’s performance, Tiger kept it simple: “Never give up.”

Woods finished the day 4-over after a tough performance; highlighted by a four-putt on No. 5. That marks his worst round ever at the Masters tournament.
That said, Tiger has been far from a disappointment in his return. Over the course of the week he’s hit some really good shots, and showed glimpses of what made him a five-time Masters champion. Even in Saturday’s round.
“I hit a thousand putts out there.”

Tiger Woods certainly doesn’t have to win in Augusta for his comeback to be a success. He’s given the sports world so many unforgettable moments.
Who knows, maybe he has another one in store for us this weekend.
