On Saturday night, No. 1 Kansas entered its Final Four contest against No. 2 Villanova as a four-point favorite.
The Jayhawks ruled the early part of the first half, jumping out to a 38-19 lead at one point. It looked like Kansas might run away with the game and earn a trip to the NCAA title game very early.
However, the Wildcats battled back over the final few minutes of the first half. Villanova ended the first half on an 11-2 run to cut the Jayhawks’ lead to 11 points.
Of course, fans believed they had a little help from the officiating in the process. Kansas fans were livid with the officials during Villanova’s 11-2 run to get back into the game.
“Officiating put Nova back in the game,” college basketball analyst Doug Gottlieb said. Kansas fans weighed in heavily after that.
“This is correct. Mitch got fouled, block on Braun, block on Dajuan,” one person said.

Kansas still holds an 11-point lead as the game heads into the second half. Can the Jayhawks hold on or will the Wildcats complete the epic comeback?
We’ll see soon.
