The Buffalo Bills added to their receiving corps today, inking veteran slot man Jamison Crowder to a one-year deal.
The 28-year-old Crowder spent the last three seasons with the New York Jets, tallying 188 receptions for 1,979 yards and 14 touchdowns. His best season was 2019, when he posted a receiving line of 78 catches, 833 yards and six touchdowns.
Crowder played his first four NFL seasons with Washington, who drafted him in the fourth round back in 2015. In Buffalo, he’ll help fill the void left by the release of Cole Beasley.
Crowder’s one-year pact is worth up to $4 million, per NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero. CBS Sports’ Josina Anderson broke news of the signing.

Stefon Diggs remains the No. 1 wide receiver in Buffalo, with Gabriel Davis appearing on the verge of a full breakout in year three after two solid seasons to begin his career.
Crowder and the shifty Isaiah McKenzie will offer two other dangerous targets for Josh Allen, while Dawson Knox and the recently-signed O.J. Howard will hold down the tight end spot.
