This is a good sign
The Las Vegas Raiders meet first-year coach Jim Harbaugh and the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 1 of the 2024 NFL season.
The Raider Nation is hoping that a recent trend continues. According to a recent tweet by The Associated Press, the Raiders have not lost a Week 1 game this century when their opponent was led by a coach making his debut in the game.
That, of course, will be the case on September 8 as Harbaugh is making his return to the NFL in the game against the Silver and Black.

So, the Raiders are 5-0 this century in such games. Does it mean anything? Well, I think the moral of the story is that’s often difficult from new coaches and it takes time for things to gel.
Perhaps that will the case this season for Harbaugh and the Chargers.
