The Houston Texans reportedly have three trade offers on the table for star quarterback Deshaun Watson.
According to a report from ESPN insider Dianna Russini, the “first step” in landing a meeting with Watson was presenting a trade package to the Texans. Only after the Texans agreed to the trade package could the teams meet with Watson.
So, who were those teams? According to Russini, the Carolina Panthers, Cleveland Browns and New Orleans Saints have all made offers.
“The first step for the Saints, Panthers, and Browns in arranging a meeting with QB Deshaun Watson was presenting a trade package to the Texans, per multiple league sources,” Russini said. “Once Houston approved, only then did they meet.”

There is one more team that could be making an offer in the near future, though. According to a report from NFL insider Aaron Wilson, Watson will be meeting with the Atlanta Falcons on Wednesday.
“Up next for the three-time Pro Bowl passer: a Wednesday meeting with the Atlanta Falcons,” Wilson said. “A Gainesville, Ga., native, Watson is a former Falcons ball boy.”
Dianna Russini reported earlier today that Watson reached out personally to speak with the Falcons.
“I’m told QB Deshaun Watson has interest in the Atlanta Falcons and has even reached out to the franchise personally, per source,” Russini said.
Where will Watson play this season?
