Defensive tackle Quinton Jefferson likely to play Sunday
For the first time this season, there likely won’t be any injury-based intrigue about the Las Vegas Raiders’ inactive list Sunday when they host the Philadelphia Eagles at Allegiant Stadium.
While the team has eight players currently on the injured reserve, the current 53-man Raiders’ roster is extremely healthy going into Week 7’s game against the Eagles.

The only Las Vegas player interim head coach Rich Bisaccia ruled out Friday is third-string tight end Nick Bowers, who has a neck injury. He has played one game this season. With valuable third-string tight end Derek Carrier out for the season already with a pec injury, there is a chance the team will elevate undrafted rookie tight end Matt Bushman from the practice squad.
Bisaccia said the team is hopeful key rotational defensive tackle Quinton Jefferson will return to Las Vegas on Saturday and be able to play Sunday. He’s been away from the team all week for a personal matter involving his family.
Rich Bisaccia said Quinton Jefferson went home to take care of a family emergency. He has been in constant communication with the team and is expected to return tomorrow. His status for the game will be determined at that point

Defensive tackle Johnathan Hankins, who missed the Week 6 win over the Denver Broncos, is recovered from a hip injury. Tight end Darren Waller was limited in practice Wednesday because of knee and ankle issues, but he doesn’t have an injury designation. Running back Peyton Barber, out the past two game with a toe injury, isn’t on the injury list.
For the Eagles, standout safety Anthony Harris (hands/groin) is questionable.
