New head coach expects to win big right away. Do you feel the same way?

Pete Carroll is fully open about his initial expectations as the new head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders.

The Super Bowl winning-coach has publicly said on multiple ocassions the the tema si “going for it” and he expects to win “big” right away.

Do Raiders fans agree? We recently asked (before the Christian Wilkins release, by the way) our community members if they are buying that Carroll says about the team being an instant playoff contender in 2025 or if they have their doubts.

Well, it seems like the fans are mixed on the subject. In a poll with more than 400 votes cast, 51 percent of the voters have their doubts while 49 percent of the voters have full belief in Carroll.

I get both sides of this fence. Either way, the 2025 season should be a lot of fun.

This year Raiders will be fun to watch. That’s a huge improvement considering the last 20 years. If they go to playoffs – then more games to enjoy. Will they go to playoffs? 3 of the 4 teams in AFC West have a good chance to get there. At least 2 of them are in our reach. Enjoy!

This organization and team is in good hands.
There are things going on in film rooms … meeting rooms …..weight rooms …. Offices … that has not gone on in this organization for the last 20 years.
The attention to detail and the sense of urgency is nothing that has happened here recently.
Pete will be a calm steady hand on the tiller.

I believe the team will be competitive during the season and could make it to the playoffs. However they may fall short also. I did vote I have my doubts though. If they do make the playoffs, I don’t see them going far.
All in all this is the best I have felt about their chances in many years. Stay healthy, catch a couple breaks and who knows. Looking for a fun season finally.
