Paul Finebaum has been hosting a radio show for so long that not much surprises him at this point in his career. However, a caller known as “Larry from Alabama” managed to stun Finebaum during Wednesday’s show.
While on air, “Larry from Alabama” was asked how many Bud Lights he can knock out on a summer night. Somehow, that question inspired “Larry from Alabama” to reveal his routine for game days.
Believe it or not, Larry said he drinks roughly 25 Bud Lights per Alabama game. That answer shocked Finebaum, who then did the math to see how many ounces of beer that would come out to.
“Larry, you’re telling us that you would consume 300 ounces of beer,” Finebaum said. “I don’t want to sound like your urologist here, but that’s going to be a busy night, is it not?”

What made this game day ritual so absurd is that Larry apparently doesn’t eat much when he’s drinking all 25 Bud Lights. He’s pretty much doing all of that on an empty stomach.
With the season opener for the Crimson Tide just a few weeks away, “Larry from Alabama” has to get himself mentally prepared to put down 25 Bud Lights.
