Tiger Woods is back.
The legendary golfer is set to make his return to professional golf on Thursday. Woods, a 15-time major champion, is set to tee it up at The Masters. The 2019 Masters champion is set to go out a little after 10:30 a.m. E.T. on Thursday.
Woods has had one hell of a year. The “brutal” past 12-plus months have included a serious car accident in which he nearly lost his leg, multiple emergency surgeries, weeks in a hospital bed and months of rehab and physical therapy.
Now, he’s back at Augusta National.

Woods wouldn’t be here without the close support of his friends and family members.
“There was a point in time when, I wouldn’t say it was 50/50, but it was damn near there, if I was going to walk out of that hospital with one leg,” Woods told Golf Digest. “Once I [kept it], I wanted to test and see if I still had my hands. So even in the hospital, I would have [girlfriend] Erica [Herman] and [friend] Rob [McNamara] throw me something. Throw me anything.”
The legendary golfer is dating Erica Herman. The golf star and his girlfriend have been together for several years now. They reportedly met through business, as Erica was involved in the hospitality industry.
Woods met her through his restaurant, The Woods, in Jupiter, Florida.
She’s since been spotted at various golf tournaments and events, including the World Golf Hall of Fame Ceremony this past spring.

Tiger and Erica made their public debut at the Presidents Cup in 2017. Since then, she’s been a constant, reliable presence in his life.
Erica was one of the first people Tiger embraced following his win at The Masters in 2019. Perhaps we’ll see her on the course this weekend.
