If Buffalo Bills wide receiver Cole Beasley was looking for sympathy after getting fined for not wearing a mask, he’s not going to find it in the receivers room. At least, not from his teammate Stefon Diggs.
Taking to Twitter this morning, Diggs appeared to laugh at Beasley for eating a $15,000 fine as a result of not wearing a mask inside the Bills facility (short of a time though it may have been). It didn’t take long for Beasley to clap back at Diggs though.
Beasley pointed out that $15,000 isn’t a whole lot of money to Diggs, but it is for himself. From there the discussion took a slightly lighter tone.
Diggs joked that the Bills might fine Beasley for not wearing a mask at home. But Beasley made it clear that at home it’s his rules – especially in his home in Texas.
Lol not for you.

They can’t get in my house. We don’t take that shit lightly in Texas. Lol

The Buffalo Bills are going through a bit of a crisis right now due in no small part to some players remaining unvaccinated. Four players have been sent home this week alone for coming into contact with someone who was symptomatic of COVID-19.
The NFL will have pretty hard penalties for teams that miss games due to COVID-19 outbreaks while unvaccinated. So long as Cole Beasley and other players remain obstinate, they will be at risk for suffering the consequences.
If the team does suffer because of Beasley or anyone else, no one will be in their corner.
