On Saturday night an NBA game was suspended and fans were evacuated after an arena speaker caught fire.
Saturday’s Pacers-Raptors NBA came to an abrupt halt when fans noticed flames coming from a speaker up in the rafters.
The game was paused shortly thereafter as a fire crew arrived on scene. Fans were then asked to evacuate the arena due to smoke.
“Fans had to be evacuated from the Raptors–Pacers game after a speaker caught on fire at Scotiabank Arena,” Sports Illustrated tweeted.
