Look: Cooper Kupp’s Reaction To Bobby Wagner Going Viral

April 1, 2022 by The Spun

Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp on Sunday

The Los Angeles Rams just added one of the biggest names in free agency, signing all-world linebacker Bobby Wagner to a five-year contract. Their players are understandably excited.

Rams wide receiver, Super Bowl MVP Cooper Kupp, immediately took to Twitter after the news was announced. He jokingly said that he’s happy that he doesn’t have to play against Wagner anymore.

“Let’s go!! Don’t have to play against @Bwagz anymore!!!!” Kupp tweeted.

Wagner is coming off 10 years as the star linebacker for the Seattle Seahawks. During the latter half of those years, he made Kupp’s life (and the life of almost everyone else he tackled) miserable.

Kupp’s tweet has quickly gone viral with over 7,000 likes and 700 retweets in just two hours. In the comments, Rams fans are feeling confident that they’ll be able to run it back and win another Super Bowl title:

Let’s go!! Don’t have to play against @Bwagz anymore!!!!

The Los Angeles Rams really have the making of a Super Bowl team (even though they already are one). They have superstars in every phase of the defense with Bobby Wagner, Jalen Ramsey and the incomparable Aaron Donald.

Their offense is expected to be just as good as ever – maybe better depending on how the NFL Draft goes.

But it’s been nearly 20 years since we had a repeat Super Bowl champion. A lot has to go right – on and off the field – for them to return, let alone repeat.

Will Bobby Wagner be a star in Los Angeles?
