Five-star quarterback recruit Arch Manning has narrowed his college choices down to a select few top-tier programs — including the Texas Longhorns.
On Saturday, Manning was spotted spending time with former Texas star quarterback Sam Ehlinger.
Ehlinger spent four seasons as the Longhorns’s starting quarterback from 2017-20 and is currently the backup QB for the Indianapolis Colts.

Ehlinger is a great mind to pick if you’re considering an offer to become the next QB in Austin. Through his four years with the program, the longtime Big 12 starter earned the No. 2 spot on the Longhorns’ all-time passing yards list with 11,436.
Manning, the nephew of former NFL quarterbacks Peyton and Eli, is the No. 1 overall recruit in the 2023 class.
The Longhorns are currently considered as the favorites to win the Arch Manning sweepstakes. Alabama, Georgia and Ole Miss are also still in the picture.
