It appears Kadarius Toney has worn out his welcome in New York. According to Pat Leonard of the Daily News, the Giants are looking to trade their former first-round pick.
The Giants selected Toney with the 20th pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. In 10 games last season, the Florida product had 39 catches for 420 yards.
When it comes to talent, Toney checks off that box. The issue, however, is that Toney hasn’t shown up to the Giants’ offseason program yet. With a new head coach in place, the Giants probably wanted to see their second-year wideout in attendance.
Overall, the reactions to this report are mixed. Giants fans are understandably frustrated, while the rest of the league is wondering where Toney might land.
“Maybe, as a second-year player, Kadarius Toney should’ve made an appearance at voluntary camp,” a Giants fan tweeted.

“Sheesh that was fast,” Sosa Kremenjas of Underdog Fantasy. “One of the great YAC players in the league right now. Get him to an offense that knows how to scheme.”

As of this time, it’s unclear what the Giants’ asking price is for Toney.
With the NFL Draft just six days away, the G-Men might strike a deal very soon.
