The 2020 presidential election hasn’t officially been called yet, but it’s looking like Joe Biden will be our next president.
The Democratic nominee is closing in on 270-plus Electoral College votes. States like Arizona, Nevada, Georgia and Pennsylvania have yet to officially finish their counts, but once they do, the election should be called for Biden.
President Trump doesn’t appear to be taking this very well. Unsurprisingly, several figures in the sports world have called him out on social media for doing so. A former NBA head coach had some advice for the current president on Friday.
Former NBA head coach George Karl tweeted some advice for President Trump. The advice has since gone viral.
“If President Trump needs a pep talk about managing through first round losses, I would be willing to speak with him tonight or read him a bed time story,” the former NBA head coach tweeted on Friday night.

Karl, 69, was an NBA head coach from 1984 until 2016. He was the NBA Coach of the Year in 2013 and went 1175-824 as a head coach. Unfortunately, many of his teams were known for going out early in the postseason. Karl’s teams had 14 first round playoff losses over the course of his NBA career.
