It’s only a matter of time before Doug Pederson gets another crack at being a head coach. The Chicago Bears could end up giving him the opportunity.
According to NFL insider Ian Rapoport, Pederson will interview with the Bears on Wednesday.

The Super Bowl-winning head coach has already met with the Jacksonville Jaguars for their coaching vacancy.
There’s a wide belief Pederson will also end up interviewing with the Minnesota Vikings and Denver Broncos.

Doug Pederson has been itching at the opportunity to get back into coaching.
He reportedly turned down several coordinator positions as he awaits another shot at being a head coach. It appears that shot may soon come.
“He’s looking to dive back in and potentially be a head coach, or at least get some interviews in this upcoming cycle,” said NFL insider Mike Garafolo back in December. “He did have offensive coordinator potential last offseason, but he said ‘No, I still feel like I want to be and can be a head coach in this league.’ He just didn’t feel right about the OC, decided to take a step back, and remained engaged in the NFL.”
Doug Pederson could be a perfect fit for an organization like the Chicago Bears, which has a similar feel to the Eagles.
