The full return has been unveiled in the Davante Adams trade.
Per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the Green Bay Packers are getting a first and a second-round pick in this year’s draft for the star receiver.

There were no other roster plays involved in this acquisition. That means Green Bay will have to look at free agency or the draft to replace Adams.
It’s going to be hard to accomplish that goal due to how great Adams was in 2021. He was one of the best receivers in the NFL after he finished with 1,553 yards and 11 touchdowns off 123 receptions.
This is also another move that makes the AFC West even more competitive.
AFC West additions this offseason:
Broncos: Russell Wilson, Randy Gregory, DJ Jones
Chiefs: Justin Reid
Chargers: Khalil Mack, JC Jackson, Sebastian Joseph-Day
Raiders: Davante Adams, Chandler Jones

Adams reportedly didn’t want to play on the franchise tag this season and once a deal couldn’t be reached, the trade talks heated up.
Derek Carr will now have Adams, Hunter Renfrow, and Mack Hollins to throw to, receiver-wise. He’ll also have tight end Darren Waller at tight end after he had a great 2021 campaign.
