Tuesday will mark the 28th anniversary of one of the most consequential personnel moves in the history of the Dallas Cowboys organization.
On March 29, 1994, Cowboys head coach Jimmy Johnson left the franchise after winning back-to-back Super Bowls. Johnson and owner Jerry Jones were unable to keep their egos in check enough to continue their partnership.
Barry Switzer took over for Johnson and had immediate success, reaching the NFC Championship Game in his first season and winning Super Bowl XXX in his second. However, the Cowboys have not been back to the big stage since.
On Sunday night, the Around The NFL Twitter account tweeted about the upcoming anniversary of the Jimmy and Jerry divorce. Not surprisingly, Cowboys fans are pretty bummed to be reminded of the occasion.
Also not shockingly, many of them are mad at Jones.

While Jones and Johnson will never be buddy-buddy again, the outspoken owner admitted last summer that he made a mistake with allowing the head coach to leave Dallas.
In all likelihood, it cost the team a chance at more championships, a reality that Cowboys fans are forced to deal with every March 29.
