Colin Cowherd has peeked into his crystal ball and named his “dark horse” pick to win the 2022 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament.
Cowherd, 58, revealed on Saturday afternoon that the University of Tennessee men’s basketball team is his “dark horse” to win the Big Dance.
The Volunteers, a three seed in the South Region, began their March Madness run with a dominant 88-56 victory over No. 14 seed Longwood. Tennessee now has a date with a dangerous team out of the Big Ten. The SEC Tournament champ will take on No. 11 seed Michigan in the Second Round on Saturday.
Cowherd not only believes the Volunteers will beat Michigan and advance to the Sweet 16. He anticipates Tennessee will go on a run and win the whole thing.

Of course, jokes are flying in saying Tennessee is 100 percent going to lose today now. Colin Cowherd has a habit of jinxing things.
“I think we can all assume they lose today now,” one fan tweeted.
“Time to hammer Michigan,” another commented.
“We’re doomed,” a Tennessee fan said.
Tennessee will have to be sharp against a Michigan team looking to go on a run. The Wolverines barely snuck into March Madness, but made the most of the trip with a big win over No. 6 seed Colorado State in the First Round.
If Tennessee can get past the Wolverines they’ll have a date with either Villanova or Ohio State in the Sweet 16.
