Kansas has punched its ticket to the championship game. Soon, the Jayhawks will learn who they’ll be playing.
Duke vs. UNC is about to tip-off in what’s the biggest game in the rivalry’s history. The winner will move on to play the No. 1 seed Jayhawks.
Although the game hasn’t yet started and Kansas doesn’t know its opponent, Charles Barkley knows who’s going to win the title.
Barkley declared only moments after Kansas beat Villanova that the Jayhawks are going to win it all on Monday night. He made the predictions before Duke vs. UNC had even tipped off.

Shouldn’t he wait for the Duke vs. UNC outcome before making such a big prediction? That’s Charles Barkley for you, ladies and gentlemen.
It’s also worth pointing out Barkley has a track record of awful predictions. What does that mean for Kansas? It means if the Jayhawks lose to Duke or North Carolina no one should be surprised. Barkley jinxed it.
There’s no doubt Kansas has the size and talent to compete with whichever team it plays on Monday night. If the Jayhawks shoot then how they did on Saturday afternoon they’ll be in great shape.
