The Buffalo Bills made some big-time free agency moves on Tuesday evening.
In addition to a blockbuster signing that sees superstar defender Von Miller join the team on a six-year, $120 million deal, the Bills organization also signed former Tampa Bay tight end O.J. Howard.
Howard will arrive in Buffalo on a one-year, $3.5 million deal worth up to $5 million with incentives, per ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter.

Bills tight end Dawson Knox finished the 2021 season as one of the top TE options in the league. But after him, Josh Allen didn’t have many other big-body weapons to throw to this past season.
Backup tight end Tommy Sweeney finished the year with just nine catches for 44 yards and one touchdown. Behind a stacked tight end room of Rob Gronkowski and Cameron Brate in Tampa Bay, Howard finished the 2021 season with 14 catches for 135 yards and one touchdown.
Howard just finished up a four-year, $11 million deal with the Buccaneers organization.
Clearly looking to make moves this offseason, the Bills are gunning for an improved season after a narrow AFC Championship miss in 2021.
