The Tampa Bay Buccaneers had their worst loss of the season – and Tom Brady’s career – last Sunday evening. The New Orleans Saints blew out the Buccaneers in Tampa Bay on NBC’s Sunday Night Football.
Brady’s first season in Tampa Bay has still been a successful one, though.
The Buccaneers are off to a 6-3 start on the year. Tampa Bay has played like a legitimate playoff contender for most of the season. Brady appears to be building some chemistry with his new teammates and coaches.
Still, one anonymous NFL coach believes some trouble could be brewing in Tampa Bay.
The anonymous NFL coach believes that Brady is getting frustrated with head coach Bruce Arians and the Buccaneers’ system.
“Tom didn’t look very good (against the Giants),” he told The Athletic’s Mike Sando, via Radio.com. “He looks frustrated. I think they are having a tough time meshing what Brady wants to do and what (Bucs coach) Bruce (Arians) has always done.
“Brady doesn’t always have good outlets, and Bruce might not be giving him good outlets because he wants to throw it up the field. It will be interesting how that plays out.”
It’s playing out OK so far.
Tampa Bay is 6-3 on the season and set to take on Carolina today. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. E.T.
