Canucks re-sign Boeser, Rangers land Gavrikov and trade Miller to Carolina to open NHL free agency

Brock Boeser stayed put in Vancouver, and the New York Rangers retooled their blue line by landing free agency’s top defenseman Vladislav Gavrikov, and trading K’Andre Miller to Carolina.
